Details

Stainless steel AISI304 condenser with PTFE coating for chemical protection, with a capacity of up to 4.0 kg of ice/24h and a total capacity of 8.0 kg of ice. Operating temperature down to -105ºC. Designed for quick removal of the ice block from the trap (condenser). Allows freezing of the material inside the condenser.
AISI304 stainless steel chamber, 25 cm long, with 8 or 16 neoprene taps and vacuum relief system. Fits bottles with a 19 mm opening. Neoprene adapter with variable fitting for bottles with 7.0 cm, 8.5 cm or 10.0 cm openings.
Shelving unit with 4 or more shelves for trays up to 18 cm wide, removable and interchangeable according to the height of the bottles;
Front panel made of polycarbonate with easy-to-operate illuminated switches and LCD display showing vacuum and temperature in the trap (condenser), timer in hh:mm:SS format and voltage. USB output for generating freeze-drying reports with vacuum, temperature and voltage vs. time variables;
Overall dimensions including the chamber: 62 x 40 x 135 cm (width x depth x height). Can be installed under laminar flow;
Includes a dry, orbital scroll vacuum pump, completely free of lubricating oils, with internal chambers lined with PTFE, specifically designed for pumping samples containing acidic substances or organic solvents, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a speed of 9.1 m³/h.

Bottle sealing system under vacuum or modified atmosphere and tray heating with digital temperature controller.
